Climate-controlled car storage in Gallatin, with room to breathe
The floor holds one hundred cars. Each one gets generous space on every side. Never nose-to-tail, never stacked.
This is the room at the heart of The Collective Auto Depot, a private car storage club in Gallatin, Tennessee, for collectors across the country. Spaces are limited. Come walk it before you decide anything.
Where every car takes center stage.
Most storage keeps a car in the dark and charges by the square foot. We built the opposite. The hall is lit like a museum, so the paint reads the way it should.
Spacing is generous on every side. Doors open fully, and nobody has to shuffle a row to reach the back. Your car gets flat spot prevention, and it stays exactly where it’s put.
Climate-controlled air and 24-hour security come with the address, which is what secure vehicle storage in Sumner County ought to mean. We don’t print the specifics online. Ask on your tour and we’ll walk you through it.
What comes with the space
Generous spacing
Room on every side. Never nose-to-tail, never stacked.
Museum light
Every car gets center stage, the way a gallery hangs a painting.
Flat spot prevention
Flat spot prevention keeps the tires round while the car sits between drives.
Weekly vehicle care
Battery tending, pressure checks and a slow walk-around, every week.
In-and-out concierge
Call ahead and it’s warmed up, tires set, waiting at the door.

Looked after, every week
A stored car still needs attention. Batteries drain, tires flat-spot, and small things become big ones when nobody is looking. So every week, someone walks the floor slowly. Battery tenders get checked, tire pressures get set, and every car gets a proper look.
Detailing, maintenance and routine vehicle exercise are here too. Ask what’s included in your tier and what’s arranged on request. The full list lives on the privileges page.
When you want the car, call ahead. It will be warmed up, tires set, and waiting at the door when you arrive. That’s the in-and-out concierge, and it’s included.
A lounge over the collection.
Members get the lounge: coffee, leather chairs, and a view over the floor. Bring your laptop and stay a while. Most conversations out there end up being about somebody else’s car. Collective and Coffee is on the events calendar, third Saturdays.
Private offices are available for limited times. Take a call, take a meeting, and keep an eye on the car the whole time. Read more on the office suites page, or see how the tiers stack up on membership.

Questions about the floor
How much space does each car get?
Enough that the doors open fully and nobody parks behind you. Never nose-to-tail, never stacked. The spacing is the first thing people notice on a tour.
What about temperature and humidity?
The building is climate-controlled. We don’t publish set points online, so ask on your tour and we’ll explain exactly how the floor is kept.
How secure is the floor?
Secure, and private. We keep the specifics off the internet on purpose. Ask us in person and we’ll show you rather than tell you.
Can I get to my car when I want it?
Call ahead and it’s warmed up, tires set, waiting at the door. We’re on the floor Monday to Friday, 8 to 4. Ask us about anything beyond that.
What does a space cost?
The Floor tier covers the space, weekly care, flat spot prevention, and in-and-out concierge. Terms are discussed in person; the tiers are on the membership page.
The floor holds one hundred cars. Ask about yours.
